The Five Elements · Spring
The Wood Element
Wood is the energy of spring: growth, movement, and pushing upward toward the light. It gives you vision for where you're going and the drive to get there. When Wood flows freely, you can plan, decide, and adapt. When it's held tight for too long, that same energy turns into pressure.

What helps
Simple ways to support Wood
- Move every day, especially stretches that open the sides of the body
- Make room for play and creativity, without a goal attached
- Get outside and spend time around green, growing things
- Express frustration safely, like walking it off or saying it out loud
- Loosen the plan a little and leave space for the unexpected
Wood loves play and creativity. If Wood shows up strongly in your Map, homework often includes something just for fun.
