Everything you need to know about paying for sessions and programs, and what happens if your plans change.

How to pay

  • In person: cash or Zelle at your session. Zelle: [email protected].
  • Online by card: pay in advance through the secure online checkout. A $4 online convenience fee applies to each online payment.

Card payments are taken online only, not in the office.

Pay one month at a time, or all six months at once.

Reset Intensive

Six sessions over three weeks. Payment is due before your first session.

Timing

  • Single sessions: at your session, or in advance online.
  • The Nervous System Reset: each month at your full session, or in advance online.
  • Reset Intensive: in full, before your first session.
  • Groups, talks, and workshops: as agreed when you book.
Policies

Cancellations and changes

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Your time is held just for you, and notice lets me offer it to someone else.

Late cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full session fee.

Arriving late

Sessions end at their scheduled time so the next client isn't kept waiting. If you arrive late, we'll make the most of the time we have, and the full session fee applies.

Please reach out as soon as you know, so we can find a new time.

The Nervous System Reset

Each month's sessions are meant to be used that month, since steady repetition is what helps your nervous system change. Sessions don't roll over to the following month.

Member-rate Maintenance Sessions are available after you complete the Reset or the Reset Intensive, as long as you visit at least once every six months.

Refunds

Life happens. If something comes up during the Reset or the Reset Intensive, let me know and we'll work out a fair solution together.
