One-on-one
Somatic Session
75 minutes of Shiatsu and Reiki, with Your Five Element Map by email after each one. Where everyone begins.
Reiki Session
50 minutes. Quiet energy work, in person or at a distance.
Deeper, lasting work
The Nervous System Reset
6 months. Each month includes one full session (75 minutes), two lite sessions (45 minutes), practices for home, and Your Five Element Map after each full session. Graduates can keep coming back at a member rate.
Reset Intensive
3 weeks. Six 75-minute Somatic Sessions, twice a week, for women who want to front-load the work. Graduates can keep coming back at a member rate.
Rest and learn together
Group Reiki Meditation
45 minutes. Guided visualization with light individual Reiki.
Private Group Reiki
45 minutes, up to 6 people. For friends, colleagues, or your book club.
Pebble in the Pond Workshop
60 to 90 minutes. For schools, PTOs, and community groups.
Talks, training, and coaching
Talks and Keynotes
45 to 60 minutes, in person or virtual.
Small Group Training
60 to 90 minutes, up to 20 people, in person or virtual.
Executive Coaching
