The Five Elements · Late summer and the transitions between seasons
The Earth Element
Earth is the energy of harvest and of the center. It governs digestion, of food and of life, and the ability to feel nourished and grounded. Balanced Earth feels steady and supported. Out of balance, it shows up as worry, overthinking, and caring for everyone except yourself.
